Damaged or Lost Packages
Milli Cleanse is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, nor are we liable for packages returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with USPS. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged product to support your claim.
International Orders – Customs, Taxes & Conversions
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or currency conversion fees imposed after shipping. Milli Cleanse does not cover these charges, and they will not be refunded.
